For course providers
We list every CME activity that's open for registration — verified, searchable by specialty, and linked to your registration page, free. Yours are probably already here.
Instant if you use your organization's email domain. Any other address takes 24–48 hours to approve. Can't find yourself? Tell us and we'll add you.
Add a discount code and we put it in front of clinicians — and the hospitals buying CME in bulk.

How the directory works
Think of the directories you already use — Google, Yelp. Your profile exists whether or not you claim it. The difference: every listing here links out to your registration page. Being listed is free advertising, not a toll booth.
01
We index CME activities that are open for registration and check each listing's details against your official course page before it goes live.
02
Claim from an admin address on your organization's domain and you're in immediately. Any other address, we check by hand within 24–48 hours. Then fix details, upload your logo, add activities, and retire expired ones.
03
By default, every click lands on your registration page. Or switch on Take it here and clinicians enroll without leaving — through your LMS or ours.
Listed · Claimed · Promoted · Powered
Listing and claiming never cost anything. Promotion and the LMS are where we earn our keep.
A verified listing in every relevant search — specialty, format, topic, credit type — linked to your registration page.
Upload your logo, fix details, retire expired courses — and flag your courses: discount codes, free to audit, bundle prices, answered questions, New.
Your profile, under your control: fix details, add activities, retire expired ones — and see how many clinicians viewed your courses this month.
Featured placement where your audience is already filtering — specialty pages, search results, and alert emails.
Packages are being assembled now — early partners help shape them.
Take it here: clinicians enroll and complete the activity without leaving. Connect your LMS or use ours — it submits earned credits to PARS under your provider account, so they land in learners' CME Passport transcripts. Its course builder walks you through structuring activities for Accreditation with Commendation.
Your learners, your revenue — our plumbing.
Free · comes with claiming
Once your profile is claimed, these are yours to add. Here's a search result with one flag per card so you can see them all at once — in practice a card shows at most three.
Free · sits between Claimed and Promoted
Placement isn't only for sale. Add any of these to your profile and we push your courses harder — because each one makes the directory more useful to the clinicians using it.
Add your codes and both audiences see them: clinicians filtering on price, and the hospitals buying CME in bulk — we work with them on group CME and talk to them constantly.
The useful part: outside CME, most of the lift from a posted discount comes from people who never use the code. It's what gets them to look.†
Takes a minute→ Surfaced to hospitals we're already talking to, and to clinicians filtering on price.
Let clinicians read the material, watch the lectures, and use the resources without an account. Gate only the credit.
Worth doing with at least one course: it's how a clinician who's never heard of you decides to try you.
We recommend this one→ Ranked higher in search, plus an open-access badge on the card.
Does this count for my board? How long does it really take? Is the material current? Answer the questions people ask before they enroll, in your own words.
This is the one that keeps paying: your answers become searchable, so the course turns up for questions your title never matched.
Best long-term value→ A bigger card carrying your top question — and answers Google can show as results.
Request an interview, or send a signed note from the course director on why they built it. We publish both, so clinicians can see who they'd be learning from before they register.
→ A published write-up, plus a New badge on courses at launch.
† In a randomized experiment with 12,959 online-retail customers, a posted discount raised the share who visited the store from 20% to 43% and roughly doubled the share who bought — while under 1% redeemed the code. Your courses are in the directory today. Claim from your organization's domain and you're in immediately — other addresses take 24–48 hours. Then confirm your logo, correct details, add activities, and pledge your reporting time.
Common questions
For the same reason your clinic shows up on Google without asking to: clinicians search here, and a directory with gaps helps no one. Even ACCME's own directory, CME Passport, lists activities automatically once they're registered in PARS. We list every CME activity that appears open for registration — checked against your official page, linked to your registration page. It's free advertising.
Talk to us first — we'd like to understand what's wrong. Accredited CME activities are public records of the accreditation system, so our default is to correct listings, not delete them — and most removal requests turn out to be a fixable detail: an expired date, a wrong fee, an old title. If a course is closed to registration or listed in error, we take it down.
No. Post a discount code, open one course to browsing, answer the questions clinicians ask, or put your faculty on the record — each one earns more placement, free. Paid packages buy reach on top of that; they don't unlock it.
If you claim from an admin address on your organization's own domain, it's instant — the domain is the proof. From any other address (a personal account, an agency, a shared inbox) we verify by hand, usually within 24–48 hours.
Nothing — listing and claiming are free, permanently, and claiming never starts a billing relationship. Promotion packages and the LMS are the paid products, and you can ignore them entirely.
Only if you switch it on. By default we're a directory: the course, registration, and learner relationship stay on your platform. With Take it here, clinicians enroll through our LMS instead — and earned credits go to PARS without you lifting a finger.
Every listing is checked against your official course page before it goes live. Spot something off anyway? One email fixes it — or claim your profile and fix it yourself in seconds.
Free to be listed. Free to claim. Free to get promoted, if you bring something clinicians want.
